In this book it is about this teenager going down the Yukon and his canoe goes out of control and he is in the river paddling. They are talking about a guy joking around about the weather and saying it is going to be worm but it is not, it is around 30 and 50 below that night. I am having fun reading this book.
In the book a character I like is Jamie Dunavant, and Jason, it is like they go on a adventure when the go do the river of the Yukon and Jason is only fourteen years old. I like this book it is fun and interesting. I also like Far North a book he made, we read it for our battle books.
Today I read about Jimmy was going up the river with friends and they are just kayaking. I didn't read that much in the book because the pages are long to read and I was reading slow, I hope I get done with this book before the school year is over. I am only on chapter three. There are more chapters to read in the book.
In the book Jason and this other kid went moose hunting, but they got nothing and in the book the building caught on fire. I wish I was done with this book already the book is getting boring because it is not that much interesting.
The people in this book stopped and went out of the canoe and this person I forgot what his name is and he caught a goose and they were having tea and they were wishing that they had some warm food, and that is when Jimmy went to go get a goose. They were having fun while making a dinner for all of them. After that they made a camping spot for them to stay and camp out for a couple of days.
In the book they went to an island and they said it seemed like a very big island. There were looking around the island and having fun, the people who were there were Jamie, Jason, and I think Jimmy. I forgot what was the island where they were going where Jason's dad died, it was in a cave.
In the book It sounded like they were in a hurry because they were saying some kind of words. I am almost done with this book. In the book, Jason was being with Johnny and Jamie, they were camping out in the wilderness. They had fish over the campfire, this reminded me when my Dad, Mom, brother, Willie, Trevor, Curtis, Lenny, and Umii were camping up the river. I can imagine all of these thing what are happening in this book.
